libgtk2-perl software package provides Perl interface to the 2.x series of the Gimp Toolkit library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgtk2-perl
libgtk2-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgtk2-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgtk2-perl *
You will get with libgtk2-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
